A Soho outpost for espresso and cocktail with banquettes and bare brick led to the birth of the Bar Termini concept.
The Aperitivo and Coffee bar has just 30 covers – executed in a ‘50s ’locomotive’-style (the bar was named for Rome’s main railway station). Exquisite menus span the morning service (think caffè affogato, traditional cornetti and pink grapefruit with Campari salt) to evening cocktails – the star of which is undoubtedly the House Negronis – created exclusively for Bar Termini by Tony Conigliaro’s East London Drinks Factory – and its team of avant-garde flavour- specialists.
Every last detail is cohesive. Everything has been considered in this little gem.
